Phillip Garrity, owner of Emerald Painting, is a home wrecking woman abuser.

This man had a girlfriend at home while he was out in her car entertaining a woman 18 years younger than himself, who also had a family at home.
The week before Christmas, Phillip picked up Brittany while driving his current girlfriend’s car, and later dropped her off at her home without any pants on. She was so drunk, she collapsed upon stumbling into the house, and urinated on the floor. Police and rescue were called, and they determined she was incapable of caring for herself before transporting her to the hospital. Her 15 year old son was a witness to this:
Phillip called me on my cell phone and made violent threats to me:
Phillip thought it was hilarious when I asked him to stop coming to my home and taking my girlfriend out to get messed up 2 days before Christmas. This man was always driving his long time girlfriend’s car.
My 15 year old son watched Phillip drop his mother Brittany Lynn Boudreau off in our yard with no pants on. Phillip was driving the vehicle of another woman he was dating, who had no idea Phillip was driving women around in her car.
The day Brittany left her family to be with Phillip instead of going to rehab for her chronic alcohol abuse. Phillip broke up with the woman he was dating and made her move out of his house to make room for Brittany.
The message Brittany sent her son while he was at school the day she abandoned her family for Phillip instead of going to rehab like previously agreed:
Now, there is a 15 year old child that has written his deadbeat mother off, and hasn’t seen her in extended time because of Phillip’s home wrecking ways.
Brittany did end up going to rehab 4 days after leaving her family, but not before overdosing on heroin at J Brothers Variety store, her place of employment. She chose rehab to save her job and new relationship, 4 days after she refused to go to save her family. She’s a real deadbeat. She hadn’t used that stuff in quite some time, until Phil was in the picture.
