Phillip Garrity, owner of Emerald Painting, is a home wrecking woman abuser. Phillip has been convicted of domestic violence assault against a girlfriend. Phillip also allowed a man to live in his home, who was running prostitutes. Phillip had a girlfriend at home while he was out in her car entertaining a woman 18 years younger than himself, who also had a family at home.

Phillip recently had a friend named Robert Murphy living with him who was believed to be running prostitutes out of Phillip’s house. Robert admitted this to me on the phone. Phillip assaulted Robert and threw Robert out of his home after a disagreement about the prostitution business. The week before Christmas, Phillip picked up a younger woman while driving his current girlfriend’s car, and later dropped her off at her home without any pants on. She was so drunk, she collapsed upon stumbling into the house, and urinated on the floor. Police and rescue were called, and they determined she was incapable of caring for herself before transporting her to the hospital. Her 15 year old son was a witness to this

Phillip thought it was hilarious when I asked him to stop coming to my home and taking my girlfriend out to get messed up 2 days before Christmas. This man was always driving his long time girlfriend’s car.
My 15 year old son watched Phillip drop his mother off in our yard with no pants on. Phillip was driving the vehicle of another woman he was dating, who had no idea Phillip was driving women around in her car. Now, there is a 16 year old child that has written his deadbeat mother off, and hasn’t seen her in extended time because of Phillip’s home wrecking ways.
